Sedona Public Library Room Rental Information

Program Proposal Form

We have two rooms. The Quiet Study is located in the library and is only available when the library is open. It will hold up to 25 people; no food or drink allowed in the room (bottled water is allowed); cost is $25 for 2 hours.

The second room we have is called the Community Room. It will hold up to 100 people and is available when the library is open or closed. Food and drink are allowed in that room (no alcohol).

The cost for this room is $35 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours ($105) for Commercial renters; $20 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours for Non-Profit renters. Non-profits must provide the Letter of Determination from the IRS stating the non-profit status of the renter.

Renters are responsible for setting up, taking down and cleaning up. This set-up time and take down time is included in your rental time.

There is a security deposit required for this room. The check is not cashed, but is held to make sure that the room was left in good condition. Fees are $75 if there is not food or drink and $150 if food and beverages will be served. We ask that this is a separate check from the rental check.

There is a $20 fee to have someone come to let you in and/or out of this room if rented when the library is closed. We asked that you are cleaned-up and out of the building by 10:00pm at the latest.

Chairs and tables are available for no charge in both rooms. There is a projection screen available in each room. We also have Microphones, DVD Player, Projection Unit and a Sound System available for rent. WE DO NOT RENT LAP TOP COMPUTERS FOR PRESENTATIONS.

Library Hours are:        Mon & Wed      10:00am-8:00pm
    Tues & Thurs   10:00am-6:00pm
    Fri & Sat   10:00am-5:00pm
